Martini's in Manhattan --- Watermelon Champagne Cocktail Recipe

You love our Martini's in Manhattan Collection & we all know you secretly wish you could slurp right up our fabulous bath concoctions! So because we really don't recommend that (you'll have bubbles coming out of your mouth! lol...) we're going to post some fabulous....glamorous cocktail recipes here for ya...so on those spa days you have at home you'll be able to mix up your own delightful drinks to share with your girlfriends or hog all to yourself!

   Watermelon Champagne Cocktail

  • 5 cups seedless watermelon cubes
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 cup vanilla-infused vodka, chilled
  • 1/4 cup triple sec
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 2/3 cups Champagne (or sparkling wine), chilled
  • Watermelon cubes and lime slices

  4. Absolutely fabulous! I will have to try it out at my next get together. A new favourite summer cocktail of mine that is to die for is the 360 Eco-Tazz I found online:

    2oz 360 Vodka
    3/4oz Sour mix
    1/4 oz Simple syrup
    5-6 Organic raspberries
